Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Carmen’s on Carolina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
