Refund policy


At Carmen’s on Carolina, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns

Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as purchased

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Clothing items

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Final sale items

These purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used toward a future purchase.
